B.E.A.R. Membership The Bonita Springs – Estero Association of REALTORS®, Inc. welcomes all individuals and companies that have an interest in the real estate field. Whether you want to become a REALTOR® or are part of a business that supports the real estate industry, you are welcome at our Association. Membership can be either as a REALTOR® member (requires a valid real estate license and your broker’s approval) or as an Affiliate member (any company affiliated with the real estate industry). M.L.S. Membership Participation in the Multiple Listing Service of Bonita Springs
– Estero, Inc. is available to real estate agents with valid
real estate licenses and whose Broker has joined as an office. Certified
real estate appraisers may also be able to participate in the MLS
of Bonita Springs – Estero. The market area covered by the
B.E.A.R. MLS reaches from North Naples, through Bonita Springs,
Estero, and into Lehigh Acres and South Ft. Myers. If you have specific
